4. Data Collection Methods

Personal data is collected directly from you when you create an account, authenticate via login code, subscribe to a paid plan, contact support, or interact with the Service.

Certain technical data may be automatically processed by Service Providers when you access the Service, including standard server logs and device-level metadata necessary for secure operation.

We do not currently use cookies for tracking or advertising purposes on our website.

5. Behavioral Profiling

The Service may analyze interaction data including quiz responses, engagement patterns, time spent within the application, and learning progression in order to personalize educational content and provide adaptive recommendations. This analysis may generate user-facing indicators reflecting learning tendencies.

Such profiling is automated and used exclusively to enhance the educational experience. It does not produce legal effects or similarly significant consequences within the meaning of Article 22 of the GDPR.

You may object to profiling or request deletion of profiling-related data at any time by contacting us.

6. Legal Basis for Processing

We process personal data on the basis of contract performance where necessary to provide account access and subscription functionality; legitimate interest where necessary to ensure security, prevent misuse, and maintain system integrity; and legal obligation where required by applicable law or regulatory authority.

We do not maintain long-term archival backups containing active personal data beyond operational necessity.

8. International Data Transfers

The Service is currently hosted within the European Union. If personal data is transferred outside the EU in the future, such transfers will be conducted in compliance with GDPR requirements and subject to appropriate safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses or other legally recognized mechanisms.

9. Data Sharing

We do not sell or trade your personal data. We do not share your personal data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

There are limited situations in which we share only the minimum necessary data with trusted partners in order to provide and operate the Service. These partners may have potential or actual access to limited personal data and may process such data on our behalf. In such cases, they act as data processors under contractual safeguards.

Categories of partners may include: payment platform providers (such as Apple App Store and Google Play Store), hosting and infrastructure providers, authentication providers, subscription management providers, and professional advisors where legally required.
